Mr. STEPHEN ELDHA ALPHONSE, aged 45, (cell. no. 9003383725, vari no. 140/PPC-PAN) and his family members namely, wife Mrs. LEEMA ROSE, aged 43, daughters DERNIT NIMMY, aged 11; DERNIT NIMISHA, aged 10, are Catholic members of Palayam Annai Nager, a mission station of Murasancode Parish, Diocese of Kottar, Tamil Nadu. They have shifted their residence from Palayam Annai Nager to your Parish. Even though they are based at Kandanvilai Parish since 06 years, they have not yet transferred their parish membership.
As per the explicit
request of the head of the family and fulfilling the obligations, the Parish
Pastoral Council of Palayam Annai Nager has passed a
resolution on 29/10/2012, regarding the transfer of Parish membership.
Therefore I kindly
request you to admit this particular Catholic household as members of your
Parish, and render all the Sacramental and spiritual benefits.
