Mr. ALEXANDER, aged 37, (cell. no. 9698873649, vari no. 92/PPC-PAL) and his family members namely, wife Mrs. VIGIL DEEBA, aged 31, daughter REGINSA, aged 06; and son ASLIN, aged 04, are Catholic members of Palayam, a substation of Murasancode Parish, Diocese of Kottar, Tamil Nadu. They have shifted their residence from Palayam to your Parish. Even though they are based at Pattarivilai Parish since 07 years, they have not yet transferred their parish membership.
As per the explicit
request of the head of the family and fulfilling the obligations, the Parish
Pastoral Council of Palayam has passed a resolution on 03/03/2013, regarding
the transfer of Parish membership.
Therefore I kindly
request you to admit this particular Catholic household as members of your
